Tips for rainy season:


    Rainy Season......many people love rain, really nice season but meanwhile it brings stomach infection sometimes due to faulty eating habits. One can reduce the chances of such health complications easily by making a few alterations to their daily diet 


    • Should prefer boiled water during rainy season.
    • Drink tea including ginger, lemongrass.
    • Use pepper, ginger, asafoetida, garlic,cumin powder, turmeric and coriander in food as it help enhance digestion and improve immunity.
    • Have medium to low salt food and avoid heavy salty food as they are promoting bloating and water retention


Go for fresh Fruits n Vegetables:

It’s good to have fresh fruits and vegetables. Sometimes you may not be able to get fresh fruits and vegetables. In that case, try to choose frozen fruits and vegetables,keep them in your freezer, this can be very good preserve naturally and use whenever you want to. Find out if there is a farmer’s market near you, it’s always good to buy from farmers than the vendors. Farmer’s markets can help you cut out processed foods, since they offer fresh fruits and vegetables.


Quick n Healthy cooking:

It’s a great idea to carve out some time to wash and cut some of your fruits and vegetables. This will make the fresh, delicious items ready to eat when you are hungry and want a snack or need to cook a quick meal. Otherwise the fresh produce may end up unused and thrown away. Make some easy snack such as use cucumbers, carrots instead of cookies or potato chips.
